De Double Matured wordt eerst gerijpt op vaten van eikenhout uit het Bretonse Parc d’Armorique. Na een aantal jaren wordt de whisky overgestoken op sherryvaten voor een “final touch”. The Double Matured first matures in oak barrels from the Breton Parc d'Armorique. After a few years the whiskey is transferred to sherry casks for the "final touch".
